Provision of information from the Consumer Affairs Agency based on the provisions of the Consumer Safety Act
Invite corporate bond purchases by falsely claiming that they are engaged in a business such as medical management consulting.
The Consumer Affairs Agency alerted the Japan Medical Center Co., Ltd.
A company that solicits the purchase of unsecured convertible bond-type bonds with stock acquisition rights (hereinafter referred to as "bonds"), pretending to be engaged in businesses such as medical management consulting since October 2013 The Consumer Affairs Agency conducted a survey because consultations were sent to consumer affairs centers around the country.
As a result, the solicitation of "Japan Medical Center Co., Ltd.") confirmed that there was an act that could unfairly harm consumers' interests (telling misconduct). Based on the provisions of Paragraph 1, we have published information that contributes to preventing the occurrence or spread of consumer damage.

○The Japan Medical Center will send consumers a set of pamphlets describing the company's business, such as medical management consulting, and corporate bond contract documents issued by the company (hereinafter referred to as "solicitation materials") to consumers. Will be sent in an envelope. Before and after the consumer receives the envelope from the Japan Medical Center, there is a phone call at the consumer's home from a different company from the Japan Medical Center, saying, "I want you to give the envelope." "Only the person with the envelope address has the right to invest in the Japan Medical Center, so please lend your name."
○After that, a consumer who did not refuse to lend a name for the purchase of bonds received a call from the Japan Medical Center, and you made a name loan. This will be an insider trading. If this is the case, you can go to a criminal trial." He says, "Because it is an investment of 20 million yen, if you do not pay half of 10 million yen, you will be a criminal trial."
○The Japan Medical Center lists the location of the company's office in the solicitation materials sent to consumers, but there is no company's office at that location and there is no registration in the commercial register.
○Based on the above, it is strongly suspected that the Japan Medical Center has no business entity. If you receive a solicitation material from the Japan Medical Center, or if you receive a question or request from a business other than the Japan Medical Center regarding the solicitation material of the Japan Medical Center, please do not respond.
○"I want you to give up the right to purchase bonds" from strangers and businesses Requests such as "I want you to lend only your name." are fraudulent. You must never respond to such a request from a business operator.
○After responding to such a request, "It will be an insider trading." If you are asked to pay for money, such as "Become a criminal trial," you must never pay. Talk to the Consumer Affairs Center or the police before paying.
