Lecture by Fumie Otawa, a lecture on human rights enlightenment and suicide countermeasures business commemorating the 80th anniversary of the Minami Ward system! (September 17, 2023)

　On Friday, September 7, at Minami public hall, a lecture by Fumie Otawa, a general internal specialist, was held under the theme of "Mental health that creates happiness-Respect each other's human rights and create a better community." Mr. Otawa himself gave a humorous story, sharing his actual experience of treating inmates in juvenile training schools and prisons.
　In addition, a human rights awareness panel was displayed at the entrance of Minami public hall by the Commissioner for Human Rights.
