　We have you rediscover charm of town, river where we live and carry out event every month for the purpose of deepening attachment to area for the 100th anniversary of the constituency system.
　In October, we will conduct a guided tour around the art works of "Koganecho Bazaar 2019" during the event, listen to commentary on the production process and production intentions of each work, and interact with artists to create a town based on the history of the town and art.
