We interviewed the "Nordic Walking Workshop" hosted by the Naka Ward Senior Citizens' Club!

The Nordic Walking Seminar, organized by the Federation of Naka Ward Elderly People's Clubs, was held.
This workshop is held five times a year at various locations in the city, such as Negishi Forest Park and Sankeien. The venue for this day was Yamashita Park.
After a careful preparatory exercise with Paul by three instructors, they all walked in Yamashita Park. He carefully taught me how to take the correct posture and how to walk naturally without strength, and the participants moved at their own pace while being aware of the posture they learned.
Everyone who participated seemed to be happy all the time, and those who participated as couples said, "Moving in such a place is a different movement than usual and it feels good." I try to participate every time as much as possible."
The instructor said, "The growth of those who continue to participate is remarkable and surprising. I hope you will feel free to join us.
Nordic walking poles are rented free of charge, so even beginners can easily participate.
