We interviewed the "2024 Nordic Walking Workshop" hosted by the Federation of Naka Ward Elderly People's Clubs!

The 2024 Nordic Walking Seminar, organized by the Federation of Naka Ward Elderly People's Clubs, was held.
This seminar is held six times a year in various parts of the ward, including Yamashita Park and Negishi Forest Park. The venue for this day was Yokohama Park.
After a pole-based preparatory exercise by two instructors, we all went around Yokohama Stadium and walked from Nihon Odori Avenue to Zounohana Park.
Everyone who participated was walking at their own pace while being aware of the attitude they learned, and seemed to be having fun throughout.
Nordic walking poles are rented free of charge, so even beginners can easily participate.
