Yokohama City supports businesses working on diverse and flexible work styles. Yokohama City and the Yokohama Corporate Management Support Foundation will hold a "Seminar on Support for Balancing Work, Childcare and Nursing Care" for corporate managers and personnel and labor personnel. In addition to the points of the revision of the Childcare and Nursing Care Leave Law, we will talk about how to use the childcare leave return support plan and nursing care support plan, including examples of male childcare leave and work and nursing care balance.
