・More than 50% of the respondents answered "lack" regarding the current labor shortage situation.
　In a few years (about 3 to 5 years), the shortage is expected to increase further, with less than 70% of the labor shortage.
・More than 70% of the total number of companies (including planned) raised wages this year.
・About 70% of companies are interested in "reskilling" for employees.
　Of these, more than 20% of the respondents answered that they are working (including planned).
