[Press Release] Utilization of unused fish at school lunch, the largest elementary school in Japan

　The Yokohama City Central Wholesale Market Fish Food Promotion Council, the City of Yokohama, Board of Education Secretariat, and the Yokohama School Food Education Foundation collaborate to provide children with the opportunity to learn about the importance of fish food and the current state of fisheries by using "unused fish" at 339 schools, including Yokohama Municipal Elementary Schools, from the perspective of promoting fish food, SDGs, and eliminating food lossschool lunch.
　At the same time, we will learn about the importance of fish food using videos and the current state of fisheries.
