Yokohama City is making efforts to realize a gender equality society in which everyone can fully demonstrate their individuality and abilities regardless of gender and participate in all fields.
This year, we conducted a survey on gender equality for city offices. This survey will be used for the basic materials of the 5th Yokohama City Gender Equality Action Plan (Reiwa 3-7) currently being developed and for further promotion of gender equality measures in Motoichi.
We are pleased to report the results of the survey.
