This time, the commissioned project “New Wide Area Cooperation Promotion Project” recruited by the government (Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications) ※In addition, proposals of Yokohama-shi (proposal city) and seven cities adjacent to Yokohama-shi (cooperation city) were selected as last year.
We will continue to promote initiatives through eight-city cooperation with the government, with the support of the government.
※ In the face of a declining population and a declining birthrate and aging society, the purpose is to promote new wide-area cooperation among local governments so that basic municipalities nationwide can provide residents' services that support people's lives in a sustainable manner. Business.
