Research project name
Understanding the actual conditions of perioperative antithrombotic therapy and complications in nonvalent atrial fibrillation combined carotid artery stent placement.
Purpose and Method of Research
Purpose
The purpose is to understand the actual conditions of perioperative antithrombotic therapy and complications of those who have undergone atrial fibrillation and carotid stunt detention, and to use them to improve the quality of medical care.
Method
This is a multi-facility joint backward registration study in which the doctor responsible for research at each facility enters and accumulates data.
Subject of research
Patients who have undergone carotid stunt detention for carotid artery stenosis with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation by June 30, 2021
Research Period
From approval to June 30, 2026
Types of specimens and information used in research
Collected from medical information such as age, gender, medical history, type of atrial fibrillation, and symptoms at the time of onset.
Acquisition and storage of samples and information
When providing data from each facility, we delete personal information and replace it with a research ID before providing it. The collected data will be stored at Guangnan Hospital cerebrovascular Internal medicine and analyzed on the Internet in Guangnan Hospital and PC isolated. Information and response tables will be strictly managed and discarded for a period of five years from the end date of this study.
