Message from Director General (I attended the award ceremony for the Aoba Art Exhibition)

　This year, the Aoba Art Open Call Exhibition was held, and 132 people applied for 197 works. On July 2nd (Sun), the jury teachers selected the winning and winning works after four hours of enthusiastic examination and discussion. .
　In addition, the 143 selected works were viewed by many residents at Yokohama Citizen Gallery Azamino from Saturday, July 8 to (Sun) on July 16, and at the award ceremony on the afternoon of the 16th, awards were given, including the Grand Prize, Excellence Award, Mayor Yokohama Award.
　I was also impressed by the exhibitors' thoughts on the production of the works, and I spent a lot of time touching on a number of wonderful works that glow individuality.
　Congratulations to all the winners.
