Message from Director General ("Aoba Mirai Creation University 2023" was held!)

　On January 20, a My Plan Presentation for "Aoba Miraizukuri University 2023" was held.
　"Aoba Miraizukuri University" has been implemented since 2015 for the purpose of discovering and fostering leaders who promote solving local issues and creating attractiveness. .
　This year, students recommended by each district will "let's bring the local" troubled "and change it to" good "with everyone's ideas! ] Under the theme of this, I took a total of five courses from October.
　Through the course, students learned the tips of community development and organizational management, listened to work to find local resources and present case studies from other districts, actively exchanged opinions with peers, gathered seeds of ideas, and summarized what they wanted to implement in the community.
　At the My Plan Presentation on the day, students presented their passions and business plans for their communities, and received a lot of ale and advice from each district association president, Aoba Ward Japan National Council of Social Welfare, community care plazas, district centers, etc.
　At the graduation ceremony held afterwards, Mr. Sekine, President and Chairman of the Aoba Ward Association of Self-Government Associations, gave a message saying, "I would like you to promote activities while taking advantage of each individual's perspective and working closely with the local community." Was.

　In addition, as a second part, an exchange meeting was held between students and those who are active in the community. Seeing the lively talks, such as cooperation for the realization of My Plan and exchange of opinions on initiatives currently being carried out in the region, the strength of the thoughts of everyone who is active in the region and the surroundings I felt the warmth of care again.
　This year marks the 30th anniversary of the Aoba Ward System. In this memorable year, I am looking forward to the further development of the local activities of Aoba Ward as a whole, taking advantage of the realization of the My Plan and the awareness gained through the course.
