Message from Director General (I visited 6 Aoba Universities [Part 1])

　
　After taking office in Director General in April, I had the opportunity to visit the schools of six Aoba universities. Thank you very much for all of you.
　This time, I would like to introduce Kokugakuin University, Toin University of Yokohama, and Nippon Sport Science University among the six Aoba universities.
　At Kokugakuin University, we visited the cafe lounge "Manyo no Komichi". This cafe is open to the public, and a kids corner was also prepared for easy use with children. During the tour, I also had the opportunity to talk with students from fire brigade.
　At Toin University of Yokohama, we visited the laboratory of Professor Riki Miyasaka, who invented perovskite solar cells, as well as the learning space "Learning Commons". In addition, "Phoenix Plaza" in the academia is also introduced, and this is also used at events such as Toin marche.
　At Nippon Sport Science University, we visited many sports facilities. The baseball stadium is equipped with facilities for official games and also has an underground practice area. In addition, the baseball club has achieved a brilliant result of winning the Tokyo Metropolitan University League for three consecutive terms since last fall. In addition, we also saw a gymnasium dedicated to gymnastics, which produces many Olympians. I look forward to many students participating in the Paris Olympics as representatives of Japan.
　In addition, these three universities were introduced in "Ao Value TV from Oka Yokohama" (broadcast in August and September).
