　This year's inhabitant of a ward festival was held for the first time in four years, with events at Aoba public hall and Aoba Sports Center, which could not be used for construction last year, and cooking and eating and drinking at the venue resumed. . The Aoba Ward Health Festival Executive Committee also held a health festival for the first time in four years.
　The day was blessed with a clear sky without clouds, and many inhabitants of the ward were able to come. I also went around the venue, but every venue was filled with the smiles of the inhabitants of the ward, and not only the visitors but also the groups who opened the store enjoyed it. It was very impressive. It was my first Aoba inhabitant festival, but I felt very strongly that the inhabitants of the ward were attached and proud to Aoba Ward, and once again felt the happiness of being Director General.
　The theme of this year's inhabitant of a ward festival is "Community power-Let's work together from Aoba to a bond of heart" like last year. The members of the Aoba Hometown Council and the Aoba Residents' Festival Steering Committee are continuously working to further enhance the active community activities that are one of the attractions of Aoba Ward. It is very meaningful that the inhabitant of a ward festival is an opportunity for many people to know the activities of the group in the ward by having many groups open a store in this way and having many inhabitants come to visit.
