A survey and business development report for employment support for non-regular employment single women in the employment ice age generation conducted in FY2020 have been compiled.

　Yokohama City is promoting initiatives to support non-regular employment single women in the employment ice age generation by utilizing the grant for accelerating support for the employment ice age generation in the country.
　From October 2020 to January 2021, the following survey was conducted with the aim of developing an effective employment support program for regular employment of non-regular employment single women in the employment ice age generation.

• Web questionnaires and interviews were conducted for single women aged 34 to 49 who live in the Tokyo metropolitan area to explore the employment awareness and support needs of the parties involved.
• Hearing surveys of 20 companies in the city to understand the needs of companies that are hiring and the barriers to recruitment.

　This is a report on the contents of the employment support program based on the survey results and the survey results.
