（２） Training planning and operation related to addiction, technical support to related organizations, etc.
（３） Dissemination awareness activities for parties, families, local supporters, etc.
（４） Subsidized services related to mental health consultation center services
（５） Other duties deemed necessary by the head of the affiliation

（１） Appointment period
　　 April 1, 2015-March 31, 2018
（２） Working hours
　　　From 8:45 to 17:15　※Including breaks (1 hour) specified by the head of the affiliation in advance.
（３） Working days
　　　Working 2 days a week　※Day of the week specified by the manager in advance from the month to money
（４） Work location
　　　Health Consultation Center in the heart of Yokohama City (10th floor, Keihan Yokohama Building, 2-22 Honcho, Naka-ku, Yokohama City)
（５） Salary
　　　1,608 yen per hour (12,060 yen per day)
　　　Commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses) are paid separately.
　　　※The amount of compensation is the planned amount as of January 14, 2025.
　　　The amount is subject to change due to the revision of the system.
（６） Vacation
　　　According to the rules regarding working hours, vacations, etc. of staff appointed for the fiscal year of Yokohama City
