Recruitment Guide

We are recruiting staff (daily job) for the fiscal year of the Health and Social Welfare Bureau Health Business Division.

Duties

1 Administrative assistance related to the Basic Survey on National Life and subsequent surveys
2 Administrative assistance related to demographic survey
3 Other administrative assistance related to health statistics services
4 Telephone Transfer
5 Other duties deemed necessary by the head of the affiliation

Eligibility

1 Basic operation of the PC (input of word Excel, etc., terminal operation, etc.) can be performed.
2 Those who can actively engage in work
3 Those who do not fall under the grounds for disqualification regarding recruitment stipulated in Article 16 of the Local Public Service Act

Working conditions and compensation

1. Appointment Period
  From April 7, 2022 to March 31, 2023
2 Working hours, etc.
  From 8:45 to 17:15 (break time: 12:00 to 13:00)
3 Working days
  4 days a week except Sunday, Saturday and Wednesday (excluding national holidays and New Year's holidays)
4 Work location
  City of Yokohama, Health and Social Welfare Bureau Health Business Division (6-50-10 Honcho, Naka-ku, Yokohama)
5 Salary
  8,160 yen per day (1,088 yen per hour)
  Term-end allowance and commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses) are paid separately.
6 Holidays
  According to the rules regarding working hours, vacations, etc. of staff appointed for the fiscal year of Yokohama City
7 Social insurance
  Joined employee health insurance (Japan employee health insurance Association), Employees' Pension Insurance and employment insurance
8 Others
  Other working conditions are based on related regulations such as the regulations about salary and expense compensation of staff appointed in Yokohama-shi fiscal year.

Selection method, etc.

Selection will be based on documents to be submitted and interviews.
The interview will be held in Yokohama City Hall on Friday, March 11, 2022 (the details of the interview date and time will be announced separately to those who have passed the primary screening.)
The results of the interview will be notified by mail regardless of pass or fail (scheduled to be shipped around March 18, 2022).
