1.Duties

Regarding reports from police officers based on the Law Concerning Mental Health and Welfare for the Mentally Handicapped (hereinafter referred to as the "Mental Health and Welfare Law"), for the purpose of medical care and protection of the target persons, we are looking for staff to carry out Psychiatry emergency services such as the transfer of inpatients.
(1) Acceptance of reports from police officers, etc. under the Mental Health and Welfare Law, interviews, and coordination of consultation
(2) Transfer from police department to the consultation site and transfer to a psychiatric hospital
(3) Administrative processing related to Psychiatry Emergency Services, PC input, etc.
(4) Other duties deemed necessary by the head of the affiliation
※Disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work, only during working hours)

2.Eligibility

(1) No experience
(2) It is desirable to have experience in consultation and coordination work.
(3) Those who can work on rotation
※Foreign nationals are not allowed to engage in business activities that may lead to the exercise of public power.

4.Working conditions and compensation (fiscal 2025)

(1) Appointment period
From June 1, 1997 to March 31, 1998
※If the same job content is set up after the expiration of the above appointment period, and if the work performance is good, the appointment may be re-appointed regardless of public offering. (up to 4 times)

(2) Work location and working hours

City of Yokohama, Health and Social Welfare Bureau Mental Health and Welfare Division (10th floor of Keihan Yokohama Building 2-22 Honcho, Naka-ku, Yokohama City) and
Kanagawa Mental Health and Welfare Center (2-5-2 Serigaya, Konan-ku, Yokohama)
[Working hours]
4 shift rotation work within 30 hours a week (approximately 4 days a week) ※Closed on weekends and holidays
Oh, from 8:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.
B. From 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm
From 9:30 pm to 8:15 am the following day
D. From 10:00 pm to 8:45 am the following day

(3) Salary
¥231,700 per month
Separate payment of end-of-term, diligence allowance and commuting expenses (up to 55,000 yen per month)
※The amount of compensation is as of March 25, 2025.

(4) Social insurance
Joined employee health insurance (Yokohama City Employees Mutual Aid Association), Employees' Pension Insurance and employment insurance.

(5) Vacation
According to the rules regarding working hours, vacations, etc. of staff appointed for the fiscal year of Yokohama City

(6) Others
Working conditions are based on related regulations such as the regulations about salary and expense compensation of staff appointed in Yokohama-shi fiscal year.
