Recruitment qualifications
Those who satisfy both of the following (1) and (2)
(1) Those who meet any of the following requirements
A. Those who have practical experience as care manager
(I) Designated home service providers (excluding short-term entrances and specific facilities) or designated community-based service providers (excluding specific facilities and special training)
Those who have practical experience as managers
C. Those who have experience in designation or guidance audits of The Long-term Care Insurance operators in prefectures, municipalities, etc.
(2) Those who meet all of the following requirements
Oh, it is possible to carry out the examination work of documents related to operation guidance, etc. based on laws and regulations.
(It is necessary to understand the relevant laws and regulations and designated standards, and to explain the views of the city to the company specifically.)
B. Being able to visit the The Long-term Care Insurance office in the city and carry out on-site guidance services.
C. Being able to perform basic operations of personal computers such as document creation.

1 Operational guidance and audit of the The Long-term Care Insurance office in the city
2 Operational guidance pertaining to accommodation services provided at city daycare centers, etc.
3 Office work related to general inspections related to the business management system
4 Office work associated with group guidance seminars for The Long-term Care Insurance operators in the city
5 Response to inquiries from The Long-term Care Insurance operators and citizens (telephone, e-mail, window, etc.)
6 Other duties deemed necessary by the head of the affiliation
※Including disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work, only during working hours)

Working conditions and remuneration (Amounts are information as of March 25, 2025. The amount is subject to change due to the revision of the system. )
1. Appointment Period
From June 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026

2 Working hours
From 8:45 to 17:15 (break time: in principle, 12:00 to 13:00)
3 Working days
Working 4 days (30 hours) a week except Sunday, Saturday and one day a week (day specified by the care business guidance section manager), and holidays and New Year's holidays (December 29 to January 3)
4 Work location
City Hall 16th Floor Health and Social Welfare Bureau Nursing Care Business Guidance Section (6-50-10 Honmachi, Naka-ku)
5 Salary
¥221,100 per month ※Term-end, diligence, and commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses) are paid separately.
6 Holidays
According to the rules regarding working hours, vacations, etc. of staff appointed for the fiscal year of Yokohama City
7 Social insurance
Joined employee health insurance (Yokohama City Mutual Aid Association), Employees' Pension Insurance and employment insurance
8 Others
Other working conditions are based on related regulations such as the regulations about salary and expense compensation of staff appointed in Yokohama-shi fiscal year.
