Appointment and change of food hygiene manager
The business operator must have a dedicated food hygiene manager for each business facility (department). If a new business does not have a qualified food hygiene manager, or if a food hygiene manager is absent at a food hygiene manager, such as Retirement, the food hygiene manager, appoint it within 3 months and submit a notification promptly.
