①The event "Other business details D (translation)" must be registered.
②Within the past five years, the translation of administrative information by the Japanese government or local governments in Japan must have been performed in all three languages: English, Chinese (simplified), and Hangul.
③3. Have translators who meet any of the following a or b in all languages engage in work.
A Translators who have lived in Japan for more than 10 years and have Japanese language proficiency at the Japanese Language Proficiency Test N1 or higher, whose native language is the target language.
A translator whose native language is Japanese and who has passed or has a score of one of the following certification exams that prove the ability of the target language. Or a translator who has proven equivalent ability in other qualification exams.
English: Eiken 1st grade, TOEFL iBT score 110 or higher, IELTS score 8.0 or higher
Korean: Hangul Proficiency Test Level 1, Korean Proficiency Test Level 6
Chinese: Chinese Language Proficiency Test Level 1
