Konandai District Center

The third designated management period of the Konandai District Center in Yokohama will end on March 31, 2022.
Along with that, we are looking for the fourth designated manager.

Scope of duties performed by designated manager

1.Operations that must be performed in relation to the operation of facilities
2.Operations that must be performed regarding the maintenance and management of facilities
3.Business that can be performed as a voluntary business
4.In accordance with other business standards

Designated period

From April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2027

Eligibility

During the designated period, corporations and other organizations that can manage and operate the target facilities safely and smoothly (including joint ventures jointly by multiple organizations). You cannot apply individually.

Selection method

Designated candidates and runner-up candidates will be selected by document screening of application documents and interview screening.
