Konan Sports Center field tour and open call for participants briefing session will be held as follows.
1 Date and time From 1:00 pm on Tuesday, May 26, 2015
2 Location Konan Sports Center (1-2-30 Hino, Konan-ku, Yokohama)
3 Number of participants Each group must be 3 or less. However, if a joint venture (hereinafter referred to as “consortium”) is planned by multiple corporations, etc., the entire constituent group will be considered as one organization.
4 If you wish to participate in the application, please send the application form (Appendix 24) to the Konan Ward Regional Promotion Division Facility Section by fax or e-mail by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, May 25.

• As we do not distribute open call for participants materials such as open call for participants essential point, standard of duties on the day, please print out document from homepage of Konan-ku, Yokohama-shi, and bring.
• Organizations applying for designated managers should participate in on-site tours and application briefings as much as possible.
  When applying for a joint venture, please participate with employees (staff) of all constituent organizations as much as possible.
• On the day, we will check the documents (business cards) that prove that you are an employee (employee).
• Organizations that fall under “(5) disqualification items” described below cannot participate.
• We do not limit visiting the museum on days other than on-site tours and application briefings, but we will not respond to any guidance or questions. In any case, photography and recording of documents in the office is prohibited.

Questions regarding the contents of the application guidelines will be accepted as follows.
Acceptance period: From 9:00 am on Tuesday, May 26, 2015 to 5:00 pm on Tuesday, June 2
