41.Five-way intersections on the hill (near 8-5 Motokubocho)
Here is the place where you climbed the long hill from Kubocho to Higashikubocho.
This intersection is a five-way intersection. The left is Motokubocho, Nishi Ward, and the right is Iwaicho, Hodogaya Ward. As soon as you go straight, it is Shimizugaoka in Minami Ward, which is the point of contact between the three wards. Therefore, the number of traffic signals is not half. It's extremely complicated, such as turning red and turning blue.
When I look at the map again, I am surprised that there are many other roads leading to this hill. The reason why the roads were so concentrated is that this area is so densely packed with temples as it is said to be the Teramachi of Yokohama. It must have been because a good man who worships ancestral spirit went for his faith.
