On December 13, 2024, hosted by the Kohoku Ward Office, "I can do it now! A stroke prevention lecture was held on the theme of "prevention of stroke", and about 120 people participated.
From this hospital, nurses Muramatsu of the Nursing Department and Kobayashi Nutritionist of the Nutrition Department gave lectures as lecturers.

Dr. Muramatsu explained the treatment and prevention of stroke. In particular, we focused on prevention measures such as hypertension, diabetes, and dyslipidemia in lifestyle-related diseases. Kobayashi Nutritionist explained how to eat to prevent stroke. He explained how to manage weight, consume vegetables, and reduce salt in daily life. In particular, about salt reduction, we explained with photos and quizzes of actual dishes so that you can raise awareness from everyday life.
