Stroke and Neurospinal Center We gave a lecture at "Training for Supporting Persons with Disabilities Projects" hosted by Minami Ward!
On January 29, 2025, the Minami Ward Office hosted a training program for supporters of persons with disabilities in the mid-career disability support project under the theme of "Rehabilitation of Stroke: To live in a familiar area even after discharge."
Yumiko Yoshimura, an occupational therapist from the Rehabilitation Department, gave a lecture.

Yoshimura Occupational therapist explained the symptoms and sequelae of stroke, and changes in life after onset. We introduced the occupation and role of our rehabilitation therapist, and the training we are conducting at our hospital. He also explained the more specific flow of rehabilitation for stroke, such as hospitalization, discharge, and return to community life, with actual cases.
