The 40th Rehabilitation Exchange Meeting was held!

The long-awaited face-to-face meeting will be held for the first time in three years! We were able to hold the event safely in the midst of the intense heat.

In this exchange meeting, "I want to participate but the day doesn't match."…Based on the opinion, I tried the first style of holding the same content three times a different day. A total of 96 participants (34 out-of-hospital, 62 in-hospital)! Each meeting formed a small group that was easy to interact with, and the talk was lively.

The theme is "Lower limb brace"

Lectures and experiences of our orthosis Meister PT, exchange of opinions in a workshop format, learn, discover, and shocking one hour. Thank you very much for those who have met for the first time in a long time and those who participated for the first time!

Over the past few years, online workshops and workshops have become more convenient, while exchanges with people from other facilities have decreased significantly. Participants, including the staff of our hospital, said, "I'm glad that there is a place where I can meet directly and talk about each other roughly," "I understand my workplace well by knowing other facilities." I realized that what I could get through direct interaction, not online, was very valuable. It seemed to be a great stimulus for young staff at our hospital, who had little experience with other facilities (the eyes were glittering while pounding).
Once again, I felt that this association played a major role in creating connections with the community.
We will continue to plan for the theme of the exchange meeting, "Learning each other beyond the boundaries of workplaces and occupations"! We look forward to your participation.

Now that it has become a new lifestyle, I honestly hesitated to hold face-to-face meetings. However, when it is over, I realize that a place for exchange is necessary because it is such a world!
