New admission to Yokohama City Junior High School
You will be required to enter Yokohama City Junior High School from April when you are 12 years old.

Please submit the “Consent Form for Enrollment (Enrollment) (Permission)” (No copy allowed) to the Kohoku Ward Office.
The "Success Notice" is not a document that is allowed to attend school, so it cannot be used in the "Out-of-area Study Notification".
