School procedures for moving in Kohoku Ward

If there is no change in the school area

 No school procedures are required.
 If you live in New Address, please submit a notice of relocation to the Kohoku Ward Office.
 Please refer to the following URL for details.

If there is a change in the school area

Procedures at “Transfer School (current School)”

 Submit “Transfer / Retired registration form” to the transfer school.
 On the last day of school, you will receive documents such as "student registration certificate" and "Certificate of Book Salary" from the transfer school.

Procedures at the Kohoku Ward Office (Relocation Notice)

 When submitting the “Relocation Notice” to the Kohoku Ward Office, please present the “student registration certificate” received from the new school.
 When the notice of relocation is completed, you will be issued a “Notice of Enrollment” for the transfer (new school).
 In addition, please confirm the details of notice of relocation from the following.

Procedures at “Transfer School (New School)”

 Please bring the “Notice of Enrollment” received from the Kohoku Ward Office and the “student registration certificate” and “Certificate of Paying Books” received from the transfer school to the transfer school (new school) and complete the transfer procedure.
