　・If the departure period is 1 year or more
　　　Please submit "Overseas Transfer Notification" to Kohoku Ward Office approximately 14 days before departure.
　　　In addition, you can apply for the “Overseas Transfer Notification” by mail without visiting the agency.

　　You will be notified of the transfer to the school you are going to school overseas, and you will receive the following documents from the "Japanese School" on the last day of school.
　　Please submit the documents you received to Family Registry Division Kohoku Ward at the time of the transfer notice.

　　If you return home and have decided to live in Address, Kohoku Ward.
