Procedure to transfer from a school outside Yokohama to a municipal elementary or junior high school

Procedures at “Transfer School (current School)”
You will be required to submit a notification to the transfer school, such as the registration form to which you will leave, and on the last day you will receive documents such as "student registration certificate" and "Certificate of Paying Books for Subjects" from the transfer school.
Procedures at the Kohoku Ward Office (Income Notification)
When submitting the “Transfer Notification” to the Kohoku Ward Office, please indicate the “student registration certificate” received from the transfer school.
When the “Transfer Notification” is completed, a “Transfer Notice” for the transfer school (new school) will be issued.
For details on "Notification of moving in from outside Yokohama City", please refer to "Notification of moving in (moving from outside the city)".
Procedures at “Transfer School (New School)”
Please bring the "Notice of Enrollment" received from the Kohoku Ward Office and the "student registration certificate" received from the transfer school and the "Certificate of Book Salary" received from the transfer school to the transfer school (new school).
