If you are enrolled in a private or national school
Procedures at the Kohoku Ward Office (transfer notification, out-of-area attendance notification)
When submitting the “Income Notification” to the Kohoku Ward Office, you must also submit the “Out-of-Area Enrollment Notification”.
Please bring something that can prove that your child is enrolled in a private or national school (enrollment consent form, student handbook, etc.).
If you are enrolled in another municipal school
In the case of transfer from outside the city
Before submitting a “move-out notification” to another municipality, please consult with the “school where you are enrolled” or “the board of education of other municipality”.
In the case of transfer from another ward in the city
Please consult with the "School where you are enrolled" before submitting the "Transfer Notification" to the Kohoku Ward Office.
