Students enrolled in a private or national elementary or junior high school
If you are enrolled in a private or national elementary or junior high school where you have been enrolled before moving, please contact us.
Since I have already received "registration form out-of-area study", school-related procedures are unnecessary.
Students enrolled in elementary and junior high schools in other municipalities
If you are enrolled in elementary or junior high schools in other municipalities, please consult with the Board of Education of other municipalities.
About "Notice of relocation"
If you have a resident registration in Kohoku Ward and move within the ward, please submit a notice of relocation to the Kohoku Ward Office.
