　You will be enrolled in Yokohama Municipal Elementary Schools from April when you are six years old.

　Please submit a letter of consent (permission) and "admission to municipal school" to the Kohoku Ward Office.
　The "Success Notice" is not a document that is allowed to attend school, so it cannot be used in the "Out-of-area Study Notification".
