Procedures for transferring transfer from a school in another ward in Yokohama to a municipal elementary and junior high school in Kohoku Ward

　Submit a notification to the transfer school that you will leave the school, such as registration form, which will be transferred or withdrawn.
　On the last day of school, you will receive documents such as "student registration certificate" and "Certificate of Book Salary" from the transfer school.

　When submitting the “Transfer Notification” to the Kohoku Ward Office, please indicate the “student registration certificate” received from the transfer school.
　When the transfer notification is completed, you will be issued a “Notice of Enrollment” for the transfer school (new school).

　Please confirm from the following about the details of "move-in notification from other wards in Yokohama-shi".

　Transferred documents such as "Notice of Enrollment" received from the Kohoku Ward Office, "student registration certificate" received from the transfer school, and "Certificate of Paying Books for Subjects" received from the transfer school.
Please bring it to the new school and complete the transfer procedure.
