At the 40th Midori Ward Social Welfare Convention held on Friday, March 25, Mr. Matsuura, Chairman of the Midori Ward Japan National Council of Social Welfare, presented a certificate of commendation and a letter of appreciation to the winners.
In addition, the certificate of commendation of the Yokohama City Social Welfare Conference (cancelled due to the spread of infectious diseases), which was scheduled to be held last fall, was also transmitted on the same day.
Certificates of commendation were given with gratitude to individuals and groups who have been working hard on welfare and health activities in the community on a daily basis.
Due to the effects of infectious diseases, I think that there are times when it is difficult to work as expected, but in such a situation, I pay tribute to continuing to watch over and interact in the community.
With the aim of becoming a "Midori Ward where everyone can continue to live with peace of mind," the ward office staff will work together with local residents.
We look forward to seeing you in the future.
