[41st] The 39th Kirigaoka University Athletic Meet, the 35th Hakusan District Goodwill Ball Game Tournament were held!

On Sunday, October 9, we visited local events organized by the two regional alliances of Neighborhood Association.

〇 The 39th Kirigaoka Athletic Meet
The 39th Kirigaoka University Athletic Meet, hosted by Kirigaoka Association Residents' Association (Chairman Junichi Tsukada), held at Kirinosato Ground, was held with a limited number of participants by recruiting in advance to prevent the spread of corona infection. We saw people running well regardless of men and women of all ages, such as bread picking competition by children and shopping competition by adults.

〇 The 35th Hakusan District Goodwill Ball Game Tournament
The 35th Hakusan District Goodwill Ball Game Tournament hosted by the Hakusan District Association (Chairman Osamu Mita) was held at Kamoi Junior High School for the first time in the district, instead of the usual Kenmin Festival. It was a golf tournament. Many people enjoyed the competition for the first time this time, and it is likely to be a new fellowship event in the area.

At both venues, various happy faces, including participants in the event and competition, as well as those who support and operate, left an impression.

Thank you very much for the efforts of many stakeholders, including Neighborhood Association officers in each district, sports promotion committee members and youth instructors. After the COVID-19 pandemic, I hope that many people will learn about the fun of local events and events, and that local friendship and exchange will deepen again.
