[20th] We participated in "Food Education Month / Food Education Day Campaign" event walking!

At the Midori Ward Office, on the first Tuesday of every month as a day of compassion and health promotion, health promotion staff and dietary improvement staff play a central role in conducting health checks and walking events as needed.
In June, we collaborated with Food Education Month to provide weight, as well as blood vessel age, brain age, vegetDentistry and other health consultations.
In the walking held at the same time, we walked about 90 minutes from the ward office to Shikinomori Park with the guidance of members of the dietary life improvement promotion. Hydrangea was very in full bloom, and I enjoyed walking at my own pace while feeling the season.
The smiles of the inhabitants of the ward who participated were impressive.
I look forward to seeing various events resume while taking measures against infectious diseases in the future.
