[20th] Attended the Yokohama Construction Industry Association Midori Ward Association Young and Female Employee Awards Ceremony

Since fiscal 2021, the Yokohama Construction Industry Association Midori Ward Association and Midori Public Works Office have independently awarded commendations for contributions made by young and female employees of Midori Ward Association members for public works projects ordered by the city.
This year, the award ceremony was held on Monday, August 26, and I attended. .
Seven people were commended for their high motivation for quality control and safety management, and for the completion of construction without labor or public disasters due to careful local coordination. I congratulated the awarded people in honor of their attitude and congratulated them.
As infrastructure deteriorates, proper maintenance is an issue in order to ensure the safety and security of citizens' lives. In addition, due to the intensification and frequent occurrence of disasters in recent years, prompt response is required in the event of a disaster. In recent years, I am grateful that not only daily maintenance but also the cooperation of our employees who respond directly to disasters is indispensable.
In the construction industry, the shortage of human resources has become an issue, and we hope that the awards will improve the skills and motivation of those who will lead the future.
