[2nd] We held the 29th Yokohama City Youth Instructor Midori Ward commission letter transmission ceremony!

On Wednesday, April 10, we held the 29th Yokohama Youth Instructor Midori Ward commissioning ceremony at Midori public hall, where a total of 131 new employees and 101 reappointed employees were appointed as Midori Ward youth instructors.

The activities that youth instructors are responsible for include the creation of opportunities for young people to be interested in the area where they live in contact with local adults, broaden their horizons and enhance sociality. There are various things, such as protecting young people from harmful social environments that hinder healthy development.

In particular, over the past two years, we have made great efforts to reopen various events in each district, such as festivals, camps and athletic meet, which had been canceled or reduced due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

We hope that you will continue to work together with the government, schools and related organizations to warmly monitor and support the healthy growth of young people in the community, and engage in activities that lead to a healthy community development.
