[22nd] The 56th Kamoi Ekicon was held.♪

On Sunday, September 15, the 56th Kamoi Exckon was held in front of the ticket gate at JR Kamoi Station, hosted by the Community Development Study Group around Kamoi Station (commonly known as the Kamoi Machiken).
Since I took office in Director General in April 2023, I have been attending every time, and this time there were a total of 24 performances in three groups, which was more than ever before. It was a concert of less than two hours in total, but it was very fun and quick.
In addition to "Terry Hoya and Blue Wave", which is a member of Kamoi Machiken's chairman Hoya, whose performances by Hawaiian and Latin are impressive, and "Lapans & Naoko Yamashita", who played powerful and tempo songs such as rock and pop, and light rhythm songs by electric guitars were performed, and it was formed for 60 years.
Also, although it was not in the original program, in addition to the three groups, there were also performances and dances by drums originating in Africa called "Jumbe". I also hit "Jumbe" while playing in the performance, and had a valuable experience. It was a concert that could be enjoyed by the audience watching.

It was still a day when the sunlight coming in through the window of the station building was still sweating strongly, but such heat was a performance that blows off, and I listened to it was also energetic.
"Kamoi Ekikon" is a community-based activity in cooperation with Neighborhood Association, JR Kamoi Station and local companies, led by members of the Kamoi Machiken, and I am grateful to all of you.
The next 57th Kamoi Ekikon is scheduled for Sunday, December 15, 2024, so please come again.
