※Those who have registered for use of a minor insurance card
"Notice of Qualification Information" will be issued. If you have a minor insurance card, you can easily check the registered insurance information (name, date of birth, insured number, partial burden ratio, etc.).

※Those who have not registered for use of a minor insurance card
"Qualification Confirmation Form" will be issued.
You can receive insurance medical treatment by presenting it to a medical institution.

Note) Please come to National Health Insurance Section after completing the procedures for transferring your resident registration.
