I plan to move out of the city or abroad in the near future. Do I need to apply for National Health Insurance?
You will need to apply for the loss of National Health Insurance qualification.
Please notify Insurance and Pension Division National Health Insurance Section of your ward office.
In addition, when all National Health Insurance members move out, the premium will be settled at the time of notification.
Note) Please go to National Health Insurance Section after completing the procedures for transferring your resident registration.

Necessary items for notification
・Identity verification documents (My number card, license, passport, etc.) of the person to be notified
・National Health Insurance Insured Card or if you have a qualification confirmation
