The Yokohama City National Health Insurance's sickness allowance is based on the fact that a member of the National Health Insurance is infected with COVID-19 infection or has symptoms such as fever and is suspected of being infected, leaving the company, etc. Will be paid if you can not.

・Those who are 74 years old or younger and have taken out Yokohama City National Health Insurance and meet all of the following four conditions

（１） You must be paid for your salary.

（２） Being infected with COVID-19 infection or having symptoms such as fever and suspected infection, making it impossible to work for medical treatment.

（３） Leave work for three consecutive days, and there must be days after the fourth day.

（４） Not be paid for salary, etc., or has been partially reduced.

Period covered by payment
From the day three days after the day when you can no longer work for labor, the day you plan to work (up to one year and six months) during the period during which you cannot work for that labor cannot be served.
(The day after 3 days (= 4th day) from the day when you can no longer work for labor, will be eligible for payment until May 7, 2023. If three days have passed since the day when you can no longer work for labor, after May 8, 2023, you will not be eligible for payment. )
Amount paid
(Total salary income for the last three months divided by working days) x 2/3 x number of days

(Note 1) If the salary is partially reduced and paid, or if compensation for absence from work can be received, the amount paid may be reduced or not paid.
