I moved in from another ward, do I need to report to National Health Insurance? Also, which ward office should I go to?

You will need to change the National Health Insurance Address.
Please notify Insurance and Pension Division National Health Insurance Section, the ward office of your ward within 14 days.
Note) Please come to National Health Insurance Section after completing the procedures for transferring your resident registration.

Necessary items for notification
・If you have a valid National Health Insurance insured card or have a valid National Health Insurance insured person in the ward before moving in, you must have a qualification confirmation
・Identity verification documents (My number card, license, passport, etc.) of the person to be notified
