03.Izumi Sagami Kite Flying Party

　This year, on May 5th, Children's Day, the 15th Izumi Sagami Kite Flying Party was held under the blue sky at the center of the site of Fukaya Communication Station. This year, a large kite with the word "flying" of 3m square, which was larger than last year, flew high in the sky as the annual Okazu drum rang at the opening. Also, this year, in addition to the children's drum experience, the Sagami kite flying experience was also held with parents and children, and it was impressive that the children were seriously and happily flying Sagami kites. (However, it seems that fathers were more absorbed than children, and I think that kite flying is so attractive that they return to their childhood.)
　The large kite with the word "flying" was produced by Chairman Shimizu and other members of the Sagami Kite Izumi Preservation Society, with the desire to make the world happy so that the inhabitants of the ward will be fine. Gave me I am sure it will be a good year for the people of Izumi Ward.
We, the ward office, will work together with the preservation society to preserve and pass on traditional culture, so let's connect the good traditional culture of Izumi Ward to the next generation throughout the Izumi Ward.
