13.Allied Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations Summer Festival

　This year we also participated in the summer festival of the Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations.
　On July 20, we participated in the Izumino Summer Festival of the Northern Izumi Alliance, on July 27 at the Shirayuri Association's Shirayuri Park Noryo Bon Dance Festival, on August 3 at the Ryokuen Association's Ryokuen Summer Festival, Shimoizumi Association's Summer Festival & Bon Odori, and Shimbashi Association's Shimbashi Summer Festival. Like last year, every district is crowded with a large number of children and families, and I feel that we were able to regain normal times before Corona in earnest. Last year, many districts had canceled the summer festival for several years, and I heard that it often took time to prepare and set up when resuming, but this year, based on last year's experience, we reviewed the program, holding method, and location It seems that each district has been preparing while devising various things.
　After all, the festival is exciting and fun for some reason. As was the case, for children, I think it will be an extraordinary and fun memory, such as going out with friends at night and buying and eating at a simulation store. The heat of the past few years has not been extraordinary, and I think that there have been many difficulties such as preparation and cleaning up, but I think that many people in the area have enjoyed it.
