37.2024 Chairman of the Neighborhood Association of Neighborhood Association

　On February 25, the 2024 Neighborhood Association Chairman's Thanksgiving Party was held in public hall, Izumi Ward.
　This year, the Mayor handed a certificate of commendation to one person who served as chairman of the town of Neighborhood Association for 20 years, two people who served for 15 years, and seven people who served as chairman of the town of Neighborhood Association for 10 years. I also gave a letter of appreciation to five people who served as chairman of the town of Neighborhood Association for five years in recognition of Izumi Ward's long-term employment. After the award ceremony, a round-table conference was held with the awardees and about 60 presidents from Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations. At the round-table conference, Mayor Takeharu Yamanaka visited each table to express his gratitude for his daily activities in Neighborhood Association and took a commemorative photo together.
　I would like to express my heartfelt congratulations to Mr. Neighborhood Association, the chairman of the town, and thank all those who have contributed to the Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations activity. In recent years, when the relationship between people is becoming thinner, some people are not joining Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations, but we will continue to publicize our activities not only at festivals but also at events such as anti-crime program, disaster prevention, beautification and welfare of the city. We look forward to seeing you in the future.
