30.Izumi-Chuo District Hometown Festival

　On December 15, the 14th Izumi-Chuo District Hometown Festival was held. This year, the venue was returned to the waterfront of Jizo Hara before the COVID-19 pandemic (in front of Izumichuo Station), and the content of the event was renewed. At the festival executive committee, there are many discussions, especially with the aim of providing a place for younger generations to play an active role, presentations on the stage, opening booths (coffee) operated by junior high school students alone, many junior high school students It is a plan that allows more people to participate, such as the participation of volunteers, and I also received charcoal-grilled coffee at a booth operated by junior high school students. It was delicious. Thank you very much.
　I think it is wonderful that these children and young generations have the opportunity to participate in the festival management aspect, play an active part in the community and interact with each other. .
